When you decide to host a FireWalk for Little Heroes

We will:

1: Send you posters and leaflets to adverts the event

2: Provide all registered participants with instructions regarding the event

3: Set up the event

4: Provide all the materials for the event

5: Manage the event

6: Clean up after the event

7: Give all the participants a ‘Certificate of Achievement’

8: Contact all local press agencies before and after the event – We can not guarantee they will cover the story – although we have never known them not to cover a fundraising event for Little Heroes.

9: We provide specialist Public Liability for the event (5 Million Pounds)

All we ask you to do is:

1: Get people to take part, a maximum of 40 people

2: Make sure that you advertise the ‘FireWalking’ event within the pub

3: Keep your staff informed

4: Fill out the registration card:

a) keep it behind the bar

b) ask staff to do the same – (this lets us know who is attending the FireWalk – for insurance purposes)

5: Let us know of any special requirements that you may have

6: Ask someone to put posters into your local shop windows

a) At least 2 weeks prior the event

We have found that this is a great event to include your staff in, make them part of the event, it’s great for team building.
