Minimum sponsorship.

How much do I need to raise and how do I collect it?

You need to raise a minimum of £125.00 and are required to pay a £25 deposit to secure your place. This will be refunded from your fund raising activity at a later date.

On the day of the event you must then prove that you have raised a minimum of £125.00 (£100.00 excluding your deposit).

Once you have signed up for the challenge, you will be provided with details on how to obtain your fundraising pack and receive donations online.

We ask that you bring your sponsorship money and sponsorship forms with you on the day of the event, – or a post dated (1 month after the date event) cheque for the minimum amount (£125.00) and a pledge to pay into our account the remaining sponsorship at a later date. We do this so that it allows you to get the sponsorship money in and also to allow us to audit the event correctly.

If you unable to bring either the full sponsorship money or a post dated cheque to the event, or fail to attend on the evening without prior notice (2 weeks) we have the right to invoice you according to your pledge amount. Or the minimum sponsorship amount– As yet we have never ever needed to do this but are required by law to inform you that we have the right to. so we can honour our commitment to these children.
